Our latest newsletter is now online featuring all the sweet things winter brings to New Zealand.

Not only are the winter months in NZ a great time to get your boarding/skiing legs pumping into action, but it’s also a great time to see world class events such as the world heli championships, the North Face Freeski open, some gnarly BMX action and even a Jaffa race down the steepest street in the world – we kid you not! (Jaffas are orange coated chocolate balls made by Cadbury).

For all this and more check it out here.

The year round delights of New Zealand

New Zealand is a great place to visit at any time of year – that means even when it’s covered in snow or baking hot. We take a look at why!

Spring
We’re just heading into this fine part of the year now so what better place to start? In spring the cold snaps have largely gone and things start to bud and bloom across the two islands. Alpine regions like Tongariro are particularly beautiful. It’s not the ideal time for skiing anymore, although you could have some late falls if you’re lucky into September at places like Wanaka, Mt Cook, Queenstown and Christchurch. Walking trails become a lot more passable in Spring if you want to tackle a challenge like the Routeburn or Milford Track. And if you’re just heading over now to NZ it might be a good time to get work lined up for the summer – see the link below.
